ACLEISURE Shipping Policy
🔹 Processing Time
Please allow 7–10 business days from your order date for processing and delivery. Orders are fulfilled in the most efficient way for our workflow. We do not currently offer expedited or express shipping.
🔹 Shipping Carrier
All orders ship via USPS, unless addressed to a UPS PO Box or military FPO/APO/DPO. Tracking information will be emailed once your order is fulfilled.
🔹 Signature Confirmation
Orders valued at $200+ will include signature confirmation for safe delivery.
🔹 Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable, unless an item arrives defective or damaged.
🔹 International Orders
We currently ship to domestic U.S. addresses only.
🔹 Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified once processed. Cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of purchase by emailing info@theacleisure.com or via contact form here.
🔹 Liability
ACLEISURE is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages once an order has been shipped. Please track and manage your delivery directly with the carrier.
