Return & Exchange Policy
At ACLEISURE, we want you to love every piece you purchase. Please review our policy below:
🔹 No Refunds
We do not issue refunds. Exchanges and store credits only.
🔹 Exchange & Store Credit

Exchanges are available on unworn, undamaged, unwashed merchandise within 10 days of receipt.

Returns meeting these conditions will be issued as store credit only, processed via e-gift card. No exceptions.
🔹 Condition of Merchandise

Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in sellable condition.

All original tags and packaging materials must be included.

ACLEISURE reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise meets these standards.
🔹 Final Sale Items
Certain items may be marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
Return Period
You have 10 days from delivery to initiate a return. Eligible returns will be issued as store credit only, processed via e-gift card. Returns received after 10 days will be refused and sent back to the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or store credit:

Condition of Returns
All items must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags and packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear (stains, odors, perfumes, damage, etc.) will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged. Items must be returned in a secure shipping box or bag. Do not place return labels directly on product packaging — this will result in refusal of the return.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at info@theacleisure.com or using our Contact Form here within 10 days of receipt. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a refund or exchange.
